Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Curveprint does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA and in comparable statutes in other states.

We have not done so in the preceding twelve months and we have no plans to. There is no advertising network, no data broker and no analytics vendor receiving your information from us.

This page exists anyway, permanently and independently, so that the position is something you can check rather than something you have to take on trust.

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and apply it automatically. We do not ask you to confirm it, we do not require an account, and we do not show you anything asking you to reconsider.

Because there is no sale or sharing to begin with, the signal has nothing to switch off. It is respected regardless.

You are entitled to submit an opt-out request whether or not there is anything to opt out of, and we will confirm it in writing. There are three ways, none of which requires an account:

• Email support@sedouxstyleboutique.shop with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share”.
• Telephone +1 507 876 4786 and say so. We will confirm in writing.
• Send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we act on with no further step from you.

We act within 15 business days of an opt-out request, and within 45 days for any other privacy request. An authorised agent may submit on your behalf; we will ask for proof that you gave them permission.

We will never charge you a different price, give you a lower level of service, degrade the product, or treat you differently in any way because you exercised a privacy right. There is no version of this service that you get less of for opting out.
